Now to talk a little about their social marketing techniques before we go into which one is better there are some interesting things we should see. First! this is probably the one that makes me love taco bell. If you follow Taco Bell RD on facebook they will send you messages some days with special code words that will get you free stuff or discounts on certain items of the menu. Also they care about their clients and always seek information about what they think of new products apart from posting specials and promotions on their facebook and twitter account. Taco Bell alwasy seeks to post things on facebook and twitter and fix any needs.
NOW! burger king has a twitter account but doesnt even use it. Only has one tweet in it. They use their facebook page to receive information but dont respond on comments after post or anything. They only use the page as an advertisment to the specials. One cool thing that burger king has is that they have a map of where burgerking locations are available.
So you decided burger king basically has no emarketing campaign as where taco bell is very active through all the roads.
